A user-readable title of the text track which is used by the browser when listing available text tracks. Once you upload the track, you will find the edit track option. The tracks are formatted in WebVTT format (.vtt files) - Web Video Text Tracks. Media Library lets you select a file that’s already uploaded to your site’s media library. The Upload will allow you to upload a new video file from your computer. When you add a Video block, you will be prompted with three options to add your content, Upload, Media Library, and Insert from URL.
